Role Overview

We are looking for talented, self-motivated Personal Stylists to join our growing remote team. As a Personal Stylist at Style Alert, you will be responsible for curating and styling outfits for your dedicated customers. Your goal is to build relationships, help customers discover pieces that align with their style, and provide a high level of personalized service to elevate their fashion experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous personal styling experience or retail sales experience in women’s fashion is required.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage customers via text and build rapport. Full fluency in English is a must.
  • Styling Expertise: Ability to style a wide range of customers based on their body type, size, age, style preferences, and location.
  • Brand Knowledge: Deep knowledge of designer brands and their offerings.
  • Sales-driven: Ability to drive revenue by delivering excellent customer service and offering personalized styling suggestions that delight customers.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and using new software tools to communicate with customers.
  • Work Hours: Availability to work 20-40 hours per week during our allotted business hours (9 AM – 5 PM PST).
  • Own Equipment: Must have your own computer to perform the job.
