Role Overview

This position is part of the HR Shared Services team at Netflix, focusing primarily on Workday transactions and data management. You will be the first point of contact for HR inquiries, helping to ensure the accuracy of employee data and resolving employee issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data by managing employee structures and processes in Workday.
  • Support HR Systems: Assist in the smooth operation of employee services, making sure all systems and applications are running efficiently to support employees.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline, simplify, and automate HR processes using new tools and strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Workday Experience: Proven experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) tool and Mass Uploads (EIB).
  • Customer Support & Communication: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong skills in data analysis, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, apply logical reasoning, and utilize strategic approaches to resolve complex problems.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects with a focus on delivering results in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
  • Additional Experience (Preferred):
    • Experience as a Workday Data Analyst or in a similar HR role.
    • Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus.
