Weekday Responsibilities (7am – 11am, Monday – Friday):
- Answer phones, check text messages, and respond to emails regarding service requests.
- Coordinate and schedule jobs for technicians as needed.
- Ensure excellent customer service and accurate handling of service requests.
- Pay: $20/hour, depending on experience.
Weekend On-Call Responsibilities (5pm Friday to Late Sunday Night):
- Average 10 calls per weekend, each lasting a few minutes.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls, assess customer issues, and book technician appointments using ServiceTitan.
- Pay: $150/weekend + $10 per booked job.
- Aim to answer all calls, except those before 7am or after 11pm. Return any missed calls immediately.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching is a plus, but we will train you on specific business practices.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Comfortable using dispatching software (training provided for ServiceTitan).
- Reliable and responsive, especially during weekend on-call hours.
