Job Overview:
Starbucks is seeking a dedicated Implementation Advisor to join the Partner & Customer Service team. This role plays a crucial part in driving the success of Starbucks by contributing to the planning, development, and implementation of processes that deliver an exceptional partner and customer experience. As an Implementation Advisor, you will focus on continuous improvement initiatives and support the effectiveness and efficiency of our contact centers.

  • Process Implementation: Create strategies for process changes to ensure quality, prioritization, and operational feasibility prior to rollout, delivering programs and systems to support partner/customer experience.
  • Collaboration & Data Communication: Work with key stakeholders on implementation projects that impact partners and customers. Collect and share project and operational data to identify trends and aid decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead process improvement initiatives targeting performance metrics in the contact centers. Collaborate on documenting improved process flows, validated using success metrics.
  • Documentation & Standardization: Maintain documentation standards for contact center materials based on industry best practices, ensuring all documents are formatted and maintained correctly.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and assess process impacts.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead projects and guide teams through implementation phases.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working in matrixed organizations and collaborating with multiple departments.
  • Change Management: Ability to assess the impact of changes and develop processes to ensure effective implementation and user acceptance.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in applying project management methodologies.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Process Ownership: Ability to lead moderately complex processes and projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean / Six Sigma: Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is highly preferred.
