Position Overview
Cliniqon is seeking a full-time RN or licensed therapist coder/OASIS reviewer based in the US. This is a remote/work-from-home position that requires immediate fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for routine coding and OASIS reviews for home health and hospice providers, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation and coding.

- Physician Coding Review Specialist – REMOTE ID-5231
- Perform routine coding for home health and hospice cases.
- Conduct OASIS reviews to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve coding and documentation issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and software tools.
- Ensure all coding and OASIS reviews meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of routine coding and OASIS review experience in home health and hospice.
- Certifications:
- Must be Coding Certified (BCHH-C or HCS-D).
- Must be OASIS Certified (COS-C, COQS, or HCS-O).
- Software Knowledge: Experience with at least two of the following platforms: WellSky, Axxes, Devero, Matrix Care.
- Technical Requirements: Must have a high-speed internet connection and an independent, reliable PC or laptop.
- Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any medical allied profession preferred. An RN designation is a plus.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in routine coding and OASIS review (required).
- 2+ years of experience in home health coding (required).
- Home health and hospice experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting from $70,000 per year
