Job Description:
As the Director of Client Success at Hinge Health, you’ll be leading a high-performing team of Client Success Managers and Associates. You will oversee a book of business, ensure strong client retention, drive product adoption, and empower your team to meet ambitious commercial goals. This leadership position will involve strategic oversight, team management, and directly impacting customer relationships and satisfaction.

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 4+ Client Success Managers and Associates. Focus on hiring, onboarding, training, and fostering professional growth.
- Client Management: Ensure high client retention, satisfaction, and success for your team’s accounts. Work with your team to handle complex accounts and collaborate with clients at all stages.
- Revenue Growth: Partner with marketing and other teams to support enrollment goals and deploy communication strategies.
- Product Expansion: Drive high adoption of new products and services in your team’s book of business.
- Customer Advocacy: Turn clients into advocates for Hinge Health by leading initiatives and working closely with the sales and marketing teams for references and PR opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relationship-building: Ability to build authentic, trust-based relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Product Knowledge: Subject matter expertise on Hinge Health’s products, and the ability to confidently address escalations.
- Strategic Influence: Navigate complex client relationships and communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing and developing a high-performing team, with an ability to lead both strategically and in the details.
- Results-driven: You measure success by outcomes and impact, not just actions. You use data and reports to stay on top of your team’s performance.

- Experience in high-growth companies or startups.
- Familiarity with digital health, employee benefits, and health plans.
- Experience working with health plans and PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers).

Expected Salary:
- Colorado & New York State: $199,600 – $299,400
- New York City: $237,600 – $356,400
