Key Responsibilities:
Respond to user inquiries and technical issues through various channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
Document and track all support interactions and resolutions in our system.
Assist in the maintenance of IT assets, including computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends to provide proactive support and recommendations.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of network protocols and configurations.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent, would be a plus.
