Position: Aircraft Maintenance Technician
United Airlines is seeking skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join our Technical Operations team. Our team is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the safety and functionality of our fleet, including troubleshooting and repairing ground service equipment and aircraft systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ground Service Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on motorized and non-motorized ground service equipment.
- Engine and System Repairs: Diagnose and repair gas and diesel engines, transmissions, suspension and brake systems, as well as heavy industrial equipment like large aircraft air conditioners and electrical power units.
- Testing and Diagnostics: Perform diagnostic testing and repair procedures on various systems.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 24 months of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining gas and diesel engines, electrical and hydraulic systems, and motorized equipment.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- License: Valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Flexibility: Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Additional Information:
This role is represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT). Schedules are awarded based on seniority, and salary increases are in line with the current IBT/United contract.
