FedEx is seeking a Corporate Account Manager (CAM) to oversee and maintain key client relationships, develop sales strategies, and achieve revenue and margin goals for their assigned accounts.   • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts through personal sales approaches, acting as a subject matter expert on FedEx services. Cultivate potential future business and engage with decision-makers at various levels within client organizations.
  • Sales Plans and Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and margin objectives. Collaborate with internal teams (pricing, operations, finance, and sales management) to ensure the execution of plans and strategies. Review and manage corporate proposal processes, ensuring accurate pricing and timely submission.
  • Sales Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Review client data to track performance, ensuring that goals related to transportation, margin, and sales compliance are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other FedEx business units to meet client needs and support corporate objectives. Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Systems: Maintain accurate data in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) to present information and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% for client meetings and industry events.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with different sales teams.
  • Experience in corporate or public account transportation sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned accounts remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience managing vertical business markets is preferred.
