Job Details:

- Provide troubleshooting assistance to residential and/or business customers dealing with issues such as slow internet speeds, outages, and email problems.

Technical Requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, or MacOS (latest version and not older than 5 years).
- Processor: 2 Core processor (2.0 GHz) or 4 Core processor (1.6 GHz).
- RAM: At least 3GB.
- Monitor: At least one 15” or larger monitor.
- Headset: USB, wired, Skype-compatible.
- Webcam: Skype-compatible.
- Internet: DSL, Cable, or Fiber with a speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload. Direct Ethernet connection preferred.
