  • We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who has strong business analysis skills and experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role leading Microsoft CRM/Dynamics 365 projects from inception to successful completion.

  • Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for Dynamics 365 implementation projects, including planning & requirements analysis, estimating, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executive leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role leading Dynamics 365 (CRM) projects from inception to completion.

  • Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business analysis skills and experience developing requirements for projects.
  • Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 (CRM) product.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Experience working in agile or iterative project management methodologies.
  • Dynamics 365 certifications or the ability to earn certifications. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
