Job Description
As an Online Support Assistant with Delta Airlines, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries related to flight reservations, cancellations, and changes, as well as offering guidance on travel policies. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
- Assist customers with booking flights, making changes, and cancellations
- Provide information on travel regulations, policies, and services
- Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions to customer problems
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes
- Stay updated on new airline policies, systems, and promotions to provide accurate information
