  • Assess the creditworthiness of corporate customers by preparing financial scorecards using the D&B tool, analyzing payment behavior, and conducting market searches.
  • Collaborate with the Collections team to resolve disputes raised by channel customers.
  • Manage complex queues related to exception approvals and channel partner assessments.
  • Perform periodic reviews of your portfolio on a quarterly basis, including credit limit evaluations, financial assessments, and exception reviews.
  • Handle volume management, escalation management, and participate in stakeholder meetings, best practice sharing, and CTB/COC meetings.
  • Engage with various stakeholders including Sales, Segment Finance, Collections, COC, and Order Processing teams to ensure a smooth credit operation process.

What We Are Looking For:
Essential Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility with shift timings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization.

Desirable Requirements:

  • A degree in Commerce or Finance (10+2+3 education pattern).
