Job Application: Senior/Lead Data Analyst – Underwriting and Verification Deployment

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Data Analyst to join our Underwriting and Verification (UV) Deployment team in the Personal Lines organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing key underwriting insights and managing projects that enhance underwriting and verification processes, focusing on improving current UV processes and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy Pre-Binding Verification (PBV): Lead the nationwide deployment of PBV segmentation to improve underwriting and verification.
Process Improvement: Own and support continuous improvements in the PBV deployment process and reporting.
Insight Development: Provide actionable underwriting insights to support business decisions and processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to improve current processes, reporting, and customer support.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least five years of analytical work experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years of analytical work experience.

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proven experience with data manipulation and visualization tools such as SAS, Snowflake, R, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar.
Advanced Excel skills, including creating, manipulating, and formulating spreadsheets, V-lookups, pivot tables, and charts.
Passion for continuous improvement and data quality.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation:

Salary: $79,200 – $127,700 per year, depending on position level and experience.
Gainshare Incentive: Up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
