Job Title: Customer Service Agent (Remote – Overnight Shift)

Compensation: $19.50 per hour + 10% shift differential ($21.45 per hour for overnight shift)

This position offers the flexibility of working from home 4 out of 5 days per week with the exciting opportunity to engage with sports fans and patrons in the rapidly growing world of digital sportsbooks.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will communicate with players via live chat, email, and phone, providing exceptional service while helping with mobile apps and troubleshooting technical issues. You’ll be an integral part of Penn Interactive’s operations, working in a fast-paced and fun environment while delivering top-tier customer support.

- Work effectively with team members and leadership to stay informed on trends impacting customer experience.
- Deliver strong performance results in customer satisfaction and contact handling times.
About You:
- Must be at least 21 years of age and meet state licensing requirements for applicable states.
- High school diploma or college degree required.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle customer interactions with a calm and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to type quickly and write with correct grammar and punctuation.
- Demonstrated passion for excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to interpret and respond to customer messages, including those written by non-native English speakers.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior customer service experience (at least 1 year) is preferred.
