Customer Care Specialist – Remote Work

American Airlines Group is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and other issues. You will also track customer interactions, escalate issues as needed, and ensure that all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

The ideal candidate for this position will be energetic and confident, with strong persuasion and cooperation skills. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Experience with airline reservation systems and knowledge of the travel industry are also preferred.
