Chewy is seeking enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Support Associates to join our remote team! In this role, you will be the voice of Chewy, assisting customers with inquiries about orders, product information, returns, and troubleshooting. Your goal is to create positive experiences for customers via chat, email, and phone support. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
