Key Responsibilities:
- Website Development: Design, develop, test, and implement the departmental website using technologies such as Visual Studio, HTML, ASP, and SQL Server.
- Data Integration and Analysis: Work with other team members to identify the tools, technologies, and practices for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and presenting data. Create interactive visualizations and web-based front-end applications.
- ETL Process Support: Design complex queries and views using tools like SQL Server, and participate in the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process.
- Collaboration and Documentation: Partner with business and technical teams to understand requirements, document specifications, and communicate insights.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 6 years of recent experience in website development with skills in Visual Studio, HTML, ASP, SQL Server, and ETL processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (e.g., using Toad or SQL Server Management Studio), and experience with SSIS and database management.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across the organization.
- Education: A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare Experience: Knowledge of the healthcare industry or health insurance.
- Additional Skills: Experience with MS Access, VBA, stored procedures, and data visualization tools.
Physical Demands:
- Sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
