- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, greeting them in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner.
- Oversee scheduling of patient appointments and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle and maintain confidential patient records with the utmost discretion, ensuring compliance with privacy laws.
- Professionally answer and address inquiries from inbound callers and patients.
- Assist the administrative staff with daily office needs, including clerical tasks.
- Provide translation services to assist staff and Spanish-speaking patients as needed.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in the Spanish language (written and verbal) to assist Spanish-speaking patients.
- Experience in receptionist duties within a medical setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
- Ability to maintain and update patient records accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to manage inbound calls with a detail-oriented and professional approach.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours (18 hours per week), as per the clinic’s requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws.
