Key Responsibilities:
- Backend Development: Focus on building cloud applications, APIs, and digital solutions.
- Agile Development: Work within Agile frameworks, including SAFe Agile, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Optimization: Improve the performance, scalability, and usability of digital applications.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Ensure compliance with ADA and other regulations such as PCI, PII, and PHI.
- Technical Tools: Work with CI/CD pipelines, GIT, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Stash, and other development tools.
Qualifications:
- Must-Have:
- 1-4 years of experience in Agile development.
- Hands-on experience with building cloud applications for GCP.
- Familiarity with big data technologies.
- Knowledge of application optimization technologies.
- Strong experience in backend development.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (PCI, PII, PHI).
- Great Communication:
- Ability to build and maintain effective teams and relationships.
- Experience in mentoring, training, and developing staff.
- Strong knowledge of business security and web application performance.
- Experience with large online retail organizations is a plus.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
