What to Expect
Aetna is seeking a skilled negotiator to support the Charging team’s expansion of the Supercharger network in North America. This role involves building strong B2B relationships with landlords for location retention. The ideal candidate excels in high-stakes negotiations. They’ll work with internal and external stakeholders, leading and tracking lease renewal negotiations, disputes, defaults, and termination conversations.
What You’ll Do
Manage pipeline of existing charging locations requiring renewals
Lead negotiations related to disputes, defaults or terminations with external stakeholders/
Grow B2B relationships with landlords
Build and interpret dashboards to manage critical dates and track progress
Work with legal to draft, negotiate and execute required lease obligations
Work in tandem with operations team to create efficient communications process
Collaborate with regional teams to build landlord outreach strategies
What You’ll Bring
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively navigate complex legal processes
Required experience managing contracts and understanding legal real estate concepts
Comfortable managing a large pipeline with metrics
Adaptability and flexibility working with different types of stakeholders
Strong relationship management skills to work with external stakeholders
Superb organizational, project management, and analytical skills
Experienced with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
