Position: Netflix Customer Service Representative (Non-IT, Remote)
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to Netflix subscribers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Communicate effectively and professionally via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
Stay informed about Netflix products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in remote communication tools and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
Familiarity with streaming services and entertainment industry trends is a plus.
