Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage administrative tasks and responsibilities to support the team.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring timely communication and collaboration.
Handle communication on behalf of the team, including email correspondence and phone calls.
Organize and maintain documentation, files, and records in a systematic manner.
Assist in research and data analysis projects as required.
Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using virtual communication tools and office software.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
