Position: Home Loan Consultant – TAS (Remote)
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their home financing needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
Evaluate loan applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
Conduct financial assessments and risk analysis to determine loan eligibility.
Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and product knowledge to offer informed advice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Guide clients through the loan application process, explaining terms and conditions clearly.
Work closely with underwriters and processors to facilitate a smooth and timely loan approval process.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Required Skills:
Mortgage Expertise: In-depth knowledge of home loan products, interest rates, and mortgage industry practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to assess financial documents, credit reports, and assess risk.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a Home Loan Consultant or similar role in the financial industry.
Relevant licensing and certifications as required.
