Position: Nanny for Daily Morning Care
Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional daily morning care for children in a professional and compassionate manner.
Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to promote intellectual and social development.
Ensure a consistent daily routine, including meals, naps, and playtime.
Collaborate with parents to understand and meet the unique needs of each child.
Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding the child well-being and progress.
Required Skills:
Child Care Expertise: Proven experience in childcare, with a deep understanding of child development and behavior.
Reliability: Punctual and dependable, ensuring a consistent presence for morning care responsibilities.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both children and parents.
Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of children and the household.
Safety Conscious: Prioritize the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
