Position Overview:

As a Teledriver, you’ll play a critical role in remotely driving vehicles, interacting with users, and supporting the operational processes that keep our autonomous vehicle fleet running smoothly. This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the most exciting global technology projects from the ground floor, with room for growth in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

  • Remotely drive vehicles to/from customers or within the operating area via a remote driving station.
  • Interact with Vay users, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform test drives as a safety driver or teledriver according to specific protocols.
  • Assist the engineering team with data collection and test reports.
  • Support other fleet and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and positive customer experiences.

The Profile:

  • You enjoy driving and take pride in being a safe and responsible driver (safety is paramount!).
  • Comfortable working late shifts (afternoons & evenings) as part of your schedule.
  • Hold a valid US driving license with a clean driving record and at least 2 years of driving experience (Uber, Lyft, taxi, etc.).
  • Ability to pass a drug test (including THC).
  • You’re tech-savvy or have an interest in gaming, technology, and autonomous driving.
  • Organized and structured in your approach to work.
  • Resilient with a troubleshooting mindset, ready to face challenges head-on.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Passionate about autonomous driving and mobility.
