Job Description:
As the Director of Content Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that establishes Hinge Health as a thought leader in the musculoskeletal (MSK), digital health, and benefits sectors. You will lead a high-performing team and create compelling content that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement. The role will involve creating a variety of content assets, managing a team, and working cross-functionally to support the company’s commercial and marketing goals.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing content marketing team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure content strategy aligns with business goals.
- Content Optimization: Analyze content performance metrics to optimize and refine content creation and distribution strategies.
- Creative Innovation: Bring fresh, creative ideas to content marketing that stand out in the industry and engage target audiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strategic Thinking: Proven experience in developing content strategies for complex sectors like healthcare, MSK, or digital health.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for various formats.
- Creativity: An innovative storyteller who can craft compelling content with a unique perspective.
- Analytical: Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, analyzing metrics and clinical/survey data to craft compelling narratives.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing projects, teams, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership: 10+ years of experience leading content marketing teams, ideally in hyper-growth environments. Proven ability to inspire and empower teams.
- Collaboration: Ability to build alignment across different departments and work closely with key stakeholders.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to execute with excellence while adapting to change and handling challenges effectively.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in scaling content marketing at a startup or fast-growing company.
- Familiarity with the healthcare, employee benefits, or digital health industries.
- Experience with managing design teams, freelancers, and agencies to create high-quality content.

Salary Range:
- Colorado & New York State: $142,800 – $178,500
- New York City: $168,000 – $210,000
