Position: Weekend Scheduler (with occasional weekdays)

Job Description: We are looking for an outgoing, competitive, and personable individual to join our scheduling team. As a Weekend Scheduler, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from both clients and caregivers, ensuring schedules are aligned to meet the needs of our clients. This position will require a self-starter who can work independently while being part of a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from clients and caregivers.
  • Schedule caregivers for shifts based on availability and client needs.

  • Document and update schedules accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and caregivers.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-disciplined.
  • Previous experience in business development or sales (preferred, but not required).
  • Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in scheduling or similar roles is a plus.

Job Types:

  • Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $14.62 – $17.61 per hour
