Job Description:

Paymentology is looking for a reliable and organized Interview Scheduler to assist the Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling video interviews with candidates at various stages of the selection process. The interviews will span across multiple time zones (14+), and you will coordinate schedules for interviewers and candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Outlook, Slack, and Zoom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule video interviews across multiple time zones using the ATS, Outlook, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and interviewers at all levels to ensure timely scheduling.
  • Handle changes to interview schedules, providing prompt updates to all involved parties.
  • Manage multiple interview requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and a high level of organization.
  • Provide a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams by addressing any scheduling conflicts and ensuring clarity.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus by ensuring candidates and hiring managers are satisfied with the scheduling process.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Fluency in English – both speaking and writing.
  • Experience in a start-up or dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage schedules across multiple time zones and locations.
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to deal with changes in schedules and priorities.
  • A strong sense of urgency and follow-through on tasks.
  • Willingness to stay in the Interview Scheduler role for a period of time (ideal for those pursuing further/auxiliary education).
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently within a distributed team.
