Job Title: Client Manager – Amazon

We are looking for a Client Manager to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in managing Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts, either for a brand, retailer, or within an agency. Job Purpose and Responsibilities

Client Management:

  • Manage sellers and vendors for account management, project management, and consulting across multiple industries.
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience with a focus on account growth and retention.
  • Provide daily client support, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and on time.
  • Understand each client’s business and products to better serve their needs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketplace Operations Executive to monitor and rectify issues within client accounts.
  • Manage client onboarding, training, and account changes (e.g., transition from Vendor Central to Seller Central).
  • Upsell our services whenever opportunities arise.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with the Innovations & Insights Manager and Creative team on content and design tasks.
  • Set clear expectations, ensuring the team is well-briefed on project timelines in Monday.com.
  • Gather client feedback to ensure satisfaction with our services.

Product Management:

  • Collaborate with the Marketplace Operations Executive and Catalogue team to create and maintain product listings.
  • Optimize listings for search and conversion.
  • Work with Copywriters to ensure content is optimized for performance.

Customer Engagement:

  • Monitor product reviews, seller feedback, customer questions, and messages.
  • Develop strategies to drive customer reviews in collaboration with clients.

Sales Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the Marketplace Operations Executive to provide monthly and ad-hoc reports on sales, traffic, inventory, and operations.
  • Conduct market and competitor research, providing insights and recommendations for client growth.
  • Prepare client presentations with data-driven strategies.

Inventory Management:

  • Forecast inventory and monitor sell-through for seller accounts, raise FBA shipments as necessary.
  • Monitor inventory health for vendor accounts, managing overstocks and out-of-stocks.

Operations:

  • Monitor account health and operational metrics to avoid suspensions and chargebacks.
  • Resolve suspension and chargeback issues proactively.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve client experience.

Advertising:

  • Work closely with the Advertising team to align strategies and goals for client success.

Other:

  • Attend internal meetings and present or contribute as needed.
  • Attend up to two in-person meetings per year within the UK.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts for brands, retailers, or agencies.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central dashboards.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze Amazon performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding business acumen, with a focus on financial and business implications.
  • Expert at building long-lasting client relationships, with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and take responsibility for tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment, with strong communication and discipline.
