What You’ll Do:
- Product Planning Software and Systems Development: Develop the systems that manage how millions of items are distributed across T.J. Maxx stores globally each day.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with your team, driving innovation and finding solutions to meet T.J. Maxx’s needs. You’ll be involved in a fast-paced, creative environment that encourages growth.
- Business Functionality Design and Execution: Utilize your expertise in Oracle Exadata and DevSecOps practices to design and implement features that support business goals.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical direction within the product group, providing guidance and plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Need:
- Proven Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle SQL Developer, and UNIX (KSH) scripting.
- Experience with Oracle Exadata (versions 12-19) and familiarity with DevSecOps processes.
- Design & Development Skills: Ability to design, code, test, and deploy high-performance and secure solutions with a focus on functionality and user needs.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills to work within a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.
- Problem Solving: An ability to think creatively to drive improvements and solve complex issues in a rapidly evolving environment.
Ideal to Have:
- Experience with Oracle 19 DB and familiarity with its recent versions.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with DevSecOps practices.
- Leadership in driving discussions and development processes for tackling key business challenges.
