As a Hospice Triage Nurse, you will work remotely, providing after-hours care for hospice and home health providers. You will support patients through end-of-life care, using best-in-class technology and client-customized protocols to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide triage care to patients using client-customized protocols.
- Handle after-hours calls and support patients during non-core hours.
- Utilize technology to manage patient care remotely.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
- Respond to end-of-life care needs, offering support to patients and families.
Qualifications:
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license.
- Must reside in or work from a Compact US state.
- Experience in end-of-life care is required.
- Must have high-speed internet and be tech-savvy.
- Must enjoy a fast-paced environment and possess strong keyboard skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
Schedule:
- Full-time positions available.
- Flexible hours with opportunities to work overnights and weekends.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay: $23 per hour after training.
- Shift differential: $1 for overnight shifts and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Paid Time Off (PTO) based on hours worked annually.
- 401(k) participation.
