  • Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctors’ offices, and/or private insurance carriers.
  • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances.
  • Utilize various resources to resolve patient inquiries efficiently while on the phone.
  • Maintain performance goals and adhere to departmental standards.
  • Become proficient with processes through a structured training program.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to thrive and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform successfully in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications.
  • Alpha-numeric data entry proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Remote work requires a dedicated, quiet workspace and the ability to work independently while maintaining productivity.
  • Previous experience in medical billing and/or call centers is a plus.

Technical Requirements:

  • Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second (no satellite internet).
  • Must be able to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord (Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with Ethernet ports are not supported).

Pay Range: $15.25–$21.00 per hour or state/local minimum wage (if higher).

Shift Hours:

  • Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (EST)
  • 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (CST)
  • 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (MST)
  • 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (PST)
