Target is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and optimize the Visitor Messaging Pipeline for enhancing customer experiences. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to strategic projects that improve guest engagement and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the visitor messaging strategy to enhance guest engagement through personalized, relevant, and timely communications.
Collaboration: Partner with teams across Marketing, Digital, Stores, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of messaging strategies.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead product teams that work on messaging applications and communication strategies, including Email, SMS, and pop-up messaging.
Driving Growth: Focus on personalization and creating business value through targeted communication efforts that drive engagement and loyalty.
Product Development: Work closely with engineering, UX teams, and data scientists to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and success metrics.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the “voice of the product” to ensure alignment with key partners and business units. Develop and pitch business cases for new initiatives.
Measurement & Impact: Use data-driven decision-making to track success, define KPIs, and improve product outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience: 3+ years in product management, preferably in Digital, Marketing, or E-commerce with a focus on guest-facing customer experience and backend solutions.
Skills:
- Experience with visitor communication platforms, Email Service Providers (ESPs), and related technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience in roadmap planning, defining metrics, and delivering successful product outcomes.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and effectively manage iterative development processes (e.g., Scrum, sprints).
- Leadership experience in working with diverse, distributed teams.
