Role Overview:
As a Client Service Excellence Representative, you will be a vital part of helping our Personal Investor clients navigate their investment journeys. From answering inquiries and offering solutions to creating exceptional customer experiences, this role requires a passion for service, a problem-solving mindset, and a desire to learn.

  • Respond to a wide range of client inquiries regarding financial topics, such as onboarding new clients and supporting retirement accounts.
  • Maintain strong performance metrics by resolving client concerns with accuracy and compassion.
  • Continuously increase functional expertise through training programs.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to client issues while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Cultivate client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.

What It Takes:

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience (phone or in-person), including strong interpersonal and CRM skills.
  • A genuine desire for stability and long-term career growth in client service.
  • A learner’s attitude with the ambition to continually build financial knowledge.
  • A high school diploma or higher (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • The ability to obtain Series 7 and 63 regulatory licenses (training provided).

  • Applicants must reside within a 50-mile radius of Scottsdale, AZ (85260).
  • This role requires full jurisdiction registration in all US states and territories.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
