What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers and provide timely resolutions.
  • Conduct research to address customer questions and resolve issues.
  • Make personalized product recommendations and assist in closing sales when necessary.

  • A genuine passion for high fashion brands and luxury retail.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in mid-to-high-level customer service issues.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and a high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps).
  • A smartphone or device running iOS or Android for daily log-in.
  • While we recommend using a USB wired headset, existing headsets may be used (except for Bluetooth headsets).
