Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to US-based candidates, effectively screening them for client’s hiring requirements.
Utilize call-in tool to record outcomes of calls, providing accurate and timely information.
Motivate candidates to complete job applications and assist with scheduling and rescheduling their first day of work, ensuring smooth onboarding.
Review application forms to ensure all details are accurately filled out by candidates.
Handle inbound calls and promptly resolve candidates’ queries, delivering exceptional customer service.
Respond to candidates’ queries via email and text, providing clear and concise information.
Resolve queries using a ticketing platform, with knowledge of ServiceNow considered an advantage.
Maintain a quality score of 90% and above throughout the process, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Escalate complex issues or problems and seek guidance when necessary.
Establish and maintain process controls, updating and validating process documentation to ensure compliance with requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, suggesting ideas to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control measures.
Actively participate in team building activities, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Safeguard the security and confidentiality of client data, adhering to data protection policies and guidelines.
Strive for customer satisfaction, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements and Qualifications
Proficient in English language (both verbal and written communication skills).
Previous experience in a customer support role or call center environment is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve queries.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with ticketing platforms and knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues.
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mindset.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
