The person in this position is in charge of learning about all of T-Mobile for Business’s products and services so that they can use outbound calling to sell new business prospects and upsell existing Business customers. People are supposed to meet and surpass month to month income and sim portion goals through high volumes of everyday outbound calls and messages, as well as joining forces with showcasing through outbound calling efforts and inbound hot leads.
Responsibilities of the job:

Call numerous hot, warm, and cold prospect leads assigned from marketing lead initiatives and campaigns on a daily basis in a high volume. Using a variety of tools to complete outbound and inbound phone calls, emails, online meetings, and appointments, daily customer communication and follow-up.

To effectively meet the needs of individual business customers, conduct research to comprehend the distinct requirements of each customer and select the appropriate information messaging for products and services. Build quotes for business customers by demonstrating products and solutions using product knowledge. Build sales quotes based on customer meetings and conversations using quote builder and salesforce.

To verify and validate all new logo business customers, work daily in partnership with the Credit Underwriting and Business Verification teams.

Before making outbound calls, carefully follow the Salesforce outreach sequences and lead management processes to qualify leads. In order to safeguard the business and prevent fraud, this includes conducting research on the company using a variety of resources.

Understand and keep up to date on the prices of all T-Mobile products, plans, and promotions.

Customers who have issues or concerns regarding their bill, device, or service should receive follow-up care. Supporting business customers, collaborate with BTS, BSS, and Care.

Education:

Associate’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a field related thereto (preferred) Work experience:

Experience in an outbound call center is required. Experience in business customer service, sales, or retention is also required. Experience in a commission-paying environment is preferred.
