Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information on flight schedules, bookings, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with special requests and accommodations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
