  • Lead the Commercial Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and actively engage in its various stages.
  • Ensure compliance with global trade standards and uphold consistency in commercial communications and branding.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
  • Spearhead special projects and conduct cross-functional analyses as required.

Required Skills

  • Significant experience in market analysis, VOC analytics, and managing product lifecycles.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven track record of thriving in dynamic environments and adapting to changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or strategic marketing initiatives.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the energy sector or petroleum laboratory space.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing go-to-market strategies and executing product launches in B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with global teams and engage in trade shows and conferences.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly within S&OP and strategic planning frameworks.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web tools, and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~10-15%).
