Remote Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

Costco is seeking a Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service and management. The Remote Live Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing our live chat customer service operations, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate assistance.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote live chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Monitor live chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency in customer interactions. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and response times. 4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions. 6. Train new agents on live chat procedures and best practices. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints. 8. Maintain a positive and energetic work environment for the team.

Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer service and management. 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong analytical skills and leadership abilities. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in live chat software and customer service platforms. 7. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
