Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Build and maintain positive employee relations by addressing queries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, participate in the recruitment process, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and assist in developing employee performance improvement plans.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support employees in their professional growth.
HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, and update company policies as needed.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
