Responsibilities:
– Engage with customers through online live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Utilize strategic planning to identify opportunities for improving the online chat experience and increasing customer satisfaction
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
– Monitor chat conversations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
– Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements:
– 4+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat role
– Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Strategic planning skills to identify and implement improvements in the online chat experience
– Creativity to develop innovative solutions to customer inquiries and issues
– Motivated and confident attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms
