Sort and get the items ready for an RMA request.

Prepare merchandise for shipping with the correct and necessary documentation by creating and managing vendor and internal transfer documentation.

Responsible for loading packages onto carriers as required; responsible for verifying and verifying the accuracy of all incoming shipments.
