Full job description Our expanding company is seeking a customer service lead for our closing shift, which runs from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Customer Service Lead is the customer’s first point of contact and is in charge of promptly and professionally resolving reported issues and requests. We’re looking for enthusiastic people who can listen to problems with customer service and then come up with a novel and original solution for each one. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the company’s customer service policies and well-versed in product knowledge, both of which are essential for providing customers with prompt and accurate assistance.
handles billing inquiries, product problems, service inquiries, and other general client concerns that come in by phone, email, or social media.
liable for working to establish a positive rapport with each customer and maintaining a high level of professionalism with them.
assist with order placement, refunds, exchanges, and adjustments.
During and after each contact, update customer information in the customer service database.
Collect information about customers and evaluate their requirements before making product or service recommendations to management.

Assist the management team in staying up to date on product knowledge and company policy changes.
By solving problems and converting dissatisfied customers into repeat customers, you can help the team work together by achieving and having an effect on the company’s bottom line.

Requires a high school diploma or GED; Any college is beneficial.
must be at least 18 years old.
Six months to one year of experience in customer service.
Weekends and holidays will be covered in the schedule. Overtime will be required during peak season.
ability to maintain professionalism and customer service at all times.
strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
You must be able to use MS Word and Outlook, among other programs, well.
