- Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations for the airline’s fleet.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding aircraft maintenance.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as flight operations and safety, to identify and address any maintenance-related issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts and equipment.
- Create and maintain budgets for maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to maintenance procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure all maintenance activities are performed according to established standards.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management to provide updates on maintenance activities and address any concerns.
- Make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment to ensure the safety and airworthiness of the fleet.
- Foster a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement within the maintenance department.
- Mentor and train new maintenance personnel to ensure they are knowledgeable and adhere to the company’s standards and procedures.
