  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations for the airline’s fleet.
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding aircraft maintenance.
  3. Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  4. Manage a team of maintenance technicians and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  5. Develop and implement procedures and protocols for maintenance tasks to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  6. Analyze maintenance data and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as flight operations and safety, to identify and address any maintenance-related issues.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts and equipment.
  9. Create and maintain budgets for maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to maintenance procedures.
  11. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure all maintenance activities are performed according to established standards.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management to provide updates on maintenance activities and address any concerns.
  13. Make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment to ensure the safety and airworthiness of the fleet.
  14. Foster a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement within the maintenance department.
  15. Mentor and train new maintenance personnel to ensure they are knowledgeable and adhere to the company’s standards and procedures.
