Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate **Live Chat Representative** to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers through live chat interactions. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills. This is a part-time remote opportunity based in Davao City that offers the flexibility to work from home.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Engagement:** – Facilitate live chat interactions with customers, providing real-time responses to inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions. – Handle customer complaints with tact and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. – Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor during all interactions, promoting a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

2. **Product Knowledge and Assistance:** – Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Puregold’s products and services to effectively address customer queries. – Assist customers in navigating the website, locating specific products, and understanding promotions.

3. **Documentation and Reporting:** – Accurately log customer interactions and maintain detailed records of service requests and resolutions. – Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements based on customer interactions to enhance overall service quality.

4. **Collaboration:** – Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and provide customers with timely updates. – Participate in team meetings to share insights on customer trends and promote best practices in customer service.

5. **Continuous Improvement:** – Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in customer service, incorporating new strategies into daily operations. – Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and improve service delivery.

### Requirements:

– **Education:** A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. – **Experience:** At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably with a focus on live chat or digital communication channels. – **Technical Skills:** – Proficient in using live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. – Familiarity with basic troubleshooting for software and hardware issues related to remote work.
