Kelly Support Specialist (Remote) – Part-Time

Job Summary:
Kelly is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely. The Support Specialist will assist clients with a variety of issues, providing technical and administrative support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients by resolving concerns efficiently and professionally. This is a part-time position, ideal for individuals seeking flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step assistance.
  • Manage and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
  • Assist customers in navigating company platforms, products, or services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
  • Participate in training to stay updated on company products, services, and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service, support, or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a remote support role.
  • Experience in technical support or software troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other ticketing systems.

 

Working Hours:

  • This is a part-time remote position, with flexible hours, including some evening or weekend shifts based on business needs.
