About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team at The Elite Job. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring plans.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job openings to conducting interviews.
Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.

Experience in IT or non-IT sectors is an advantage.
