Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to ensure seamless collaboration and lead conversion.
  • Build and maintain the marketing team, ensuring they have the tools and training needed to succeed.

Marketing Automation & Workflow Optimization:

  • Design and implement automated workflows that integrate marketing and sales platforms for seamless lead handoff.
  • Optimize customer journeys using tools like ActiveCampaign, Zapier, and other automation platforms.

Lead Management & Nurturing:

  • Track and analyze leads throughout the sales funnel to identify opportunities and bottlenecks.
  • Implement strategies for lead nurturing and conversion, leveraging personalized campaigns and retargeting.
